Wellness Lounge specializes in a variety of different yoga classes so you can improve strengthening, balancing, flexibility and cardio. Each class starts with a warm-up, moves through a sequence of poses, connected by the breath, and finishes with a cool down and Savasana. We additionally offer other classes such as Zumba and Body Sculpt.
 Instructors will offer modifications and assistance so all levels feel welcome and supported.

hatha yoga - hatha refers to
the physical practice of yoga. Classes focus on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, and build strength and flexibility. 

vinyasa yoga - vinyasa classes synchronize breath with movement. Postures are similar to our Hatha classes but they will move at a faster pace, resulting in a flow. This practice will help you build endurance and strength.

yoga nidra - an ancient sleep-based meditation that can take you to the deepest levels of relaxation and stillness. 

sculpt yoga - a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with pilates. Sculpt Yoga is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice.

power flow -  challenges your strength with more advanced postures, arm balances, and moving with your breath. Modifications are taught and welcomed in class. 

reiki infused yoga - slowly get your heart rate up through sun salutations, then relax. While in savasana, Reiki treatment is offered by a master using the imposition of the hands to support and boost the natural healing and cleansing processes in the body.

zumba - An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music.  Exercise in disguise!  You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it! 

body sculpt - is a non-aerobic, muscle toning class. We focus on improving core strength, increasing flexibility and burning calories by guiding you through a range of traditional weight training exercises. Exercises are low impact and classes are fun and motivational for all.
